224 calories (239 including garnishes used here)
6g net carbs
- 2 oz shredded fresh mozzarella
- 92g liquid egg whites (about 2 eggs or 3-4 egg whites)
- 137g shredded cabbage
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 sliced scallion
- salt & pepper
- garnishes (1t wasabi sauce and furikake used here)
- vegetable oil
Preheat the waffle maker. Shower or coat the outside of the waffle iron with avocado oil.
Beat the eggs together with the cheese, ham and cabbage. Include 1 tbsp slashed spring onions and blend well.
Pour the batter into the waffle maker, being careful so as to spread out the batter equitably. Cook the waffle well (be cautious about oil trickles as the cheese additionally overflows some oil).
At the point when cooked, remove from waffle producer. Disperse another tablespoon of chopped spring onions over the waffle. Squirt the Japanese mayonnaise and the tonkatsu sauce in crisscross streaks. Finish off with the bunch of bonito flakes.
