750g mince
1 medium onion
6 closed cup mushrooms
2 tbs tomato purée
1 tbs brown sauce
1 tbs red sauce
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs Worcester sauce
1 beef oxo cub
1 jar of lasagne red sauce
1 jar of lasagne white sauce
Cheddar cheese
Lasagne sheets dry


Brown the mince, onions, mushrooms together in a frying pan.

Then add all other ingredients apart from white sauce, cheese and lasagne sheets

Reduce till mixture is quite dry (not wet)

In a 3.5 litre slow cooker put a base layer of mince, then snap the dry sheets of lasagne to cover the mince

Then spoon a layer of white sauce over the sheets then space slices of cheddar cheese onto the white sauce

Repeat another 2 times

Place a cloth on the top below the lid to absorb the condensation and cook for 2 hours on high then cook 2 hours on low
